Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator/Project manager to join our team. You will work mainly in the office estimating, scheduling, writing proposals, ordering materials, and generally assisting the field superintendents. Responsibilities: Estimating job cost on negotiated and hard bid projects Writing Proposals Assist Field Superintendents in coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers,city and county officials and clients Review and assist accounting department with coding job invoices. Qualification: Previous experience in construction estimating and construction management Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word Company Description Boulder Construction Company is a General Contractor that focuses on highly technical and innovative projects that require a high level of material and financial accountability.
