At Mercy, you’ll feel our supportive community every step of your day, especially the tough ones. We’re a team and love working that way. That team is expanding, and we currently have exceptional opportunities to help our communities grow.

  • Building and maintain the infrastructure of each agency’s SANE program
  • Building and maintaining a coordinated SANE team to collectively serve the forensic needs of the Consortium
  • Building and maintaining alliances with appropriate outside agencies to which victims may present

Each career at Mercy represents unique members of our caring ministry’s “body”, working together for the health and strength of the whole. To achieve our goals, we need all the parts functioning at their best and this requires the specific qualifications that you’ll bring with you:

Experience in public speaking, adult instruction, technical writing, program development, and coordinated community response.  Ability to conduct a forensic examination; ability to function under stress and in difficult situations and the ability to tactfully communicate with a wide array of professionals and the public.  Demonstrates self-motivation and flexibility in meeting personal and professional objectives.

Physical Requirements: Physical requirements include arm and hand dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; color vision to interpret test results; occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, balancing, bending, handling, feeling and smelling; and vision, speech and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.
