The PM3 works with Senior Management to develop and negotiate business goals and objectives and then translates them into tactical product plans.The PM3 position performs long term planning and develops communication strategies, documentation strategies, product development strategies, etc. The PM3 initiates, creates, and manages discovery efforts, product analysis, budgeting efforts, scheduling efforts, and defect triage efforts. The PM3 is an integral part of the continual process improvement initiative and provides leadership and training to associates. Initiate, lead, and manage high level business planning initiatives and execute efforts to translate them into tactical plans for discussion, negotiation, and executionInitiate and create product development strategies, lead, manage, and drive product research to define game types, software feature sets, protocol requirements, etc. and analyze them in accordance with business goals and objects. Provide analysis summaries, development parameters, and recommendations for the product roadmapCreate and negotiate project budgets and ensure projects stay within the budget parametersLead, manage, and drive multiple teams (internal, cross functional, outsourced, etc.) to provide research, requirements analysis, design, development, etc. and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budgetCreate, initiate, develop and maintain project documentation strategies. Observe, and refine strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Develop, execute, and manage tactical plans for project documentation. Generate, maintain, and use key project documents, status reports, and change documentsInitiate and develop manage communication strategies. Ensure communications are effective and that all participants/project interface contacts are up-to-date and enabled for successCreate, contribute, lead, and practice continual process improvement initiatives. Assist and find solutions to any issues that arise Work Environment This is a non-smoking office environmentCasino support may result in exposure to second hand smoke What we're looking for This role is positioned within the Oklahoma Operations team and reports to the VP of MW OperationsThe responsibilities of this position will focus heavily on leading/facilitating process improvements within OperationsStrong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing processes, and field operations is a mustExperience in leading a team to implement a new ERP system is a major plusExperience with Microsoft AX or 365, is a major plus Overall this position will collect and create projects for continuous improvement throughout the Operations group. This is a hands-on position, often requiring the PM to manage some of the tasks of the project directly. Additionally, this position will be very instrumental in managing the transition of a variety of systems over the next few years.
