The Bella Vista Property Owners Association is seeking a Payroll/Benefits/HR Administrator who can multitask and change priorities quickly. It is a very diverse role with a wide array of responsibility including processing the company’s payroll, benefit enrollments and annual open enrollment. Must have a working knowledge and understanding of payroll and payroll laws, experience with benefits and must be knowledgeable about Human Resources policies and practices. They will be responsible for the administration of: Payroll (Must have knowledge of payroll practices and laws), maintain HRIS system and processing terminations/exit interviews/unemployment claims, assist with special projects as needed, perform annual reporting for payroll and benefits, and be responsible for benefit enrollments. They will reconcile all benefit invoices assuring accuracy of payroll records and submitting payments, assist with employee relations, assist with updating and writing job descriptions, writing and maintaining desk procedures, and assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
