The Associate Sales Analyst role will provide detailed analytical research of internal and external data including sell:in/sell: through financial trending and forecasts, and provide data:driven narratives that help shape the path of the DaySpring Sales Team.
:Sell through and Sell:in performance reporting throughout DaySpring. This duty is performed weekly, about 35 of the time.
:Unit and dollar forecasting based on historical performance. This duty is performed weekly, about 30 of the time.
:Industry Trending including secular product trends as well as Christian product. This duty is performed monthly, about 10 of the time.
:Adhoc reporting through Cubes, Retail Link, and other retail specific tools. This duty is performed as needed, about 25 of the time.
:Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

:6+ months experience as a sales analyst or business analyst
:High level of curiosity, to be interested in the why and its future implications as well as the ability to answer the what.
:Communication. Telling a story with data. The ability to craft and communicate complex and abstract concepts in a concise and effective manner.
:Quantitative. On point with manipulating and reasoning with data in Excel.
:Strong analytical skills: problem identification and objection resolution
:Adept at engaging with internal customers, to communicate the value of a project with passion and dedication
:Understanding of and appreciation for the DaySpring mission
:Ability to work individually and as part of a team
:High level of integrity and work ethic
:Ability to demonstrate knowledge of PivotTables and Advanced Excel functionality
